  • Assist in setting up Shopify stores.
  • Configure products, collections, and basic settings.
  • Support theme customization and layout updates.
  • Assist in integrating apps and tools.
  • Help optimize user experience and store performance.

Hosting & Technical Support

  • Assist in managing hosting environments and domains.
  • Support DNS, SSL, and basic server configurations.
  • Help with website backups, migrations, and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues and escalate when needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Designers, Marketers, Content Writers, and Developers.
  • Follow project briefs and implement tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate progress and challenges clearly.

AI & Productivity

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for learning, debugging, and productivity.
  • Assist in improving workflows and efficiency using modern tools.

Website Optimization

  • Support website speed optimization efforts.
  • Follow basic SEO best practices.
  • Assist in audits and testing across devices and browsers.

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in Web Development.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress.
  • Basic experience with Shopify.
  • Understanding of responsive web design.
  • Basic knowledge of hosting and website management.
  • Good problem-solving and learning attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
